Coarse Salt
Is a high quality food grade kiln dried product with a typical particle size of 3.35 mm. A general purpose salt that is also used for oyster display.
This grade of salt is Kosher and Halal certified.
Cooking Salt (Superfine Salt)
Is a high quality food grade general purpose kiln dried product, with a typical particle size of 0.3 mm. Also available in an iodised form for the baking industry.
This grade of salt is Kosher and Halal certified.
Curing Salt (Flossy)
Is a high quality food grade kiln dried product with a typical crystal size of 1.18 mm. A general purpose salt that is used in the processed meat, general food manufacturing and other sectors. Also available in an iodised form.

Grinder Salt (Bubble)
Is a high quality food grade kiln dried product with a typical crystal size of 1.7mm. A larger crystal salt that is used in the food industry and commonly used for salt grinders and the salt base for bath salts.

Iodised Salt
A number of our high quality food grade kiln dried salts are offered in iodised form specifically for the baking industry. Salts are iodised using Potassium Iodate in accordance with FSANZ food standards code.

Table Salt
Is a high quality food grade general purpose kiln dried product, with a typical particle size of 0.3mm which includes a free flow anti caking agent. Also available in an iodised form.

Vacuum Salt
Also known as PDV Salt (Pure Dried Vacuum Salt) this product is a high quality salt specifically manufactured to remove residual impurities and is prepared in a narrow grain size range to meet the key requirements of cheese making.
