WA Salt Supply has three centres of operation:

1. Fremantle:
Salt from the two lakes is delivered to the Fremantle site where it is processed and packaged for delivery. The company administration is also located at the Fremantle site.

2. Koolyanobbing:
This site produces most of the salt sold by the company. The salt is washed on site and transported by rail to Fremantle where it is processed futher, packaged, and distributed.

3. Esperance:
Salt is harvested and processed at the Esperance site. Some is sold from the Esperance site, and some is transported to Perth. This is mainly water softening salt for export.
